Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
This is policy is due to our commitment to provide custom, quality products straight from our hands to your home. We would never re-use or re-sell used materials or products. 

We do not accept cancellations.
Any exception to our cancellation policy will incur a 4% fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
